Large Corporate Group Photo at the Westin Nova Scotian

A corporate group photo of more than 100 people in the ballroom of the Westin Nova Scotian in Halifax, evenly lit with everyone looking at the camera. Large groups are a technical problem before they are a creative one: the light has to reach the back row as well as the front, the rows have to be staggered so every face is visible, and the whole thing has to happen in a few minutes before people drift back to the bar. We bring our own lighting for this and set it up before the group arrives. The Westin's ballroom on Hollis Street, with its chandeliers and arched windows, is one of the best rooms in the city for it. Conference and corporate group photography in Halifax has been part of our work since 1995.
