We come to your gym or rink with a full lighting setup at the start of practice - 30 to 35 minutes and we are out before warm-ups end. Every player gets three individual portraits, not just the starters, plus a composed, lit team photo that is banner and wall worthy. It is a consistent look your program can build on year after year, a keepsake for graduating players, and imagery that gets noticed on recruiting profiles and social media.

We Come to Practice

How much does Media Day cost?
$500 + HST per team, any roster size. That covers three portraits per athlete, the team photo, retouching and full-resolution downloads. There are no per-player charges, no parent ordering and no travel fees within HRM.
Where does Media Day happen?
At your gym, rink, school or practice location - volleyball and basketball on the court, hockey at the rink. We bring the lighting and the full setup, so all we need is a corner of the floor and your team in uniform.
How long does it take?
About 30 to 35 minutes at the start of practice. With two of us shooting, one photographs while the other keeps the line moving, and we are out before warm-ups wrap up.
Do parents have to order separately?
No. The team package includes digital downloads for everyone - no parent forms, no individual purchases. Families who want prints or wall art can order them from the same gallery if they like.
Can we book more than one team?
Yes. Teams from the same club or school are usually scheduled back-to-back at the same location, each at $500 + HST with its own gallery.
When do we get the images?
Final retouched images are delivered within two weeks of the shoot, through a private online gallery the whole team can access. Social-media-ready versions are included, sized for Instagram and team pages.
