Halifax Waterfront Wedding Photo at Blue Hour

A bride and groom embracing at blue hour on the Halifax waterfront, reflected in a puddle left by a hurricane that had hammered their venue only hours earlier. The storm passed, the sky cleared to the deep blue you get for about fifteen minutes after sunset, and the puddles on the boardwalk turned into a mirror. We shot from ground level with a small light on the couple and let the hotel windows and the railings do the rest. The Halifax waterfront is a few minutes' walk from most downtown venues, and it gives you a different picture every hour of the evening.
