Citadel High School Grad Photos - Senior Portrait

A Citadel High School senior in the official black gown with the school's maroon sash and double gold chevrons, photographed in our studio. Citadel's regalia is among the most distinctive in Halifax and it photographs beautifully against a neutral backdrop - the gold picks up the light and the maroon stays rich. We keep Citadel's gown and sash here at the studio at 19 Diana Drive in Hammonds Plains, about twenty-five minutes from the school, so there is nothing to sign out or return. The formal portrait is the first thing we do at every grad session, photographed by both of us with soft light from one side. After that, the grad decides: casual clothes, a sport, an instrument, or the outdoor sets on our two acres.
