Bay View High School Grad Photos - Senior Portrait

A Bay View High School senior in the official black graduation gown with the school's light blue V-sash and red chevron, photographed in our studio. Bay View grads from Upper Tantallon and the St. Margaret's Bay area are a fifteen-minute drive from us in Hammonds Plains, and the school's regalia is kept here at the studio so there is nothing to borrow or return. We light the formal portrait softly from one side and keep the backdrop neutral so the sash colours stay true - the light blue and red on black is one of the more striking combinations among Halifax-area schools. The formal portrait comes first at every grad session, then the grad chooses what follows: casual clothes, sports gear, an instrument, or a walk out to our two acres. Two photographers, always.
