Halifax West High School Grad Photos - Formal Senior Portrait

A Halifax West High School senior in the traditional black graduation gown with the school's red V-sash, photographed in our studio. Halifax West is one of the larger schools we photograph, and the black-and-red regalia is kept here at the studio at 19 Diana Drive in Hammonds Plains, about twenty minutes from Clayton Park. We photograph the formal portrait on a classic mottled backdrop with soft directional light, which keeps the red clean and the skin tones natural. Every grad session is photographed by both of us, and the formal cap-and-gown frame is done first so the rest of the session can be about the grad - casual outfits, a sport, a pet, or the outdoor sets on our two acres.
