We've been photographing weddings together for more than 30 years - and we've been married since 1998, so we know what the day feels like from both sides of the camera.
With two lead photographers, nothing gets missed - one of us can stay with the ceremony while the other catches the reactions across the room. We keep coverage calm and unobtrusive, and we help plan your timeline so the day never feels rushed.

Every collection includes two lead photographers, an online gallery with high-resolution digital download, and personal printing rights. Elopements and micro-weddings start at $1,900 + HST.

How much does wedding photography cost in Halifax?
Our wedding collections are $3,800, $4,800 and $5,800 + HST, for up to 6, 8 and 10 hours of coverage. Micro-weddings and elopements start at $1,900 + HST for three hours, and custom hourly coverage is $650 per hour + HST with a three-hour minimum. Every collection includes two lead photographers and an online gallery with high-resolution download.
Are there really two photographers?
Yes. We are both lead photographers at every wedding - not an assistant or a second shooter - so one of us can stay with the ceremony while the other catches the reactions across the room.
Do you travel outside Halifax?
Yes. There is no travel fee within 50 km of peninsular Halifax. Mainland Nova Scotia beyond that is $300 + HST, Cape Breton is $400 + HST, and weddings outside Nova Scotia are quoted individually.
How do we hold our date?
Send us your date and venue through the contact page and we confirm availability by email, usually within a few hours. To hold the date you complete our online contract and pay a $1,500 retainer, or 50 percent for elopement collections, all of which goes toward your coverage.
Do we get the digital files?
Yes. Every collection includes an online gallery with high-resolution download and personal printing rights - for personal use you can print, share and copy your images as you like.
Is an engagement session included?
The $4,800 and $5,800 collections include a complimentary engagement session. For other bookings we waive the engagement session fee when the session is scheduled three or more months before the wedding.
