One of the rewarding things about being a photographer is witnessing the birth and evolution of a family. I see weddings as the official beginning of a new family. For Kate and I, the process often starts with a couple on an engagement session. It's a great way to get to for us to get to know them as a couple without distractions. Then, on their wedding day we really get to know them through their friends and family.
Sooner or later we may get news that they are expecting. Here is one of those situations - wonderful couple. I love how little her hand is compared to her dad and how you can see her mom in that little face.
