Choosing the right photographer to capture your wedding is a big decision. These are images that will be cherished and treasured for generations to come. You want to be able to look at them and relive every moment, every nuance, every smile, and yes, even every happily shed tear.
We know how to be part of your day without getting in the way. We don't create the moments. You do. We simply know how to anticipate them and thus, be ready when they happen.
So follow your heart on your big day! Get up and dance, sit down and chat, and spend precious time with special guests. We will sensitively and inconspicuously document all the little details that lovingly, creatively, and authentically tell the story of this unforgettable day...
This is where art meets real life. |

Jaw-dropping wedding bouquets and centre pieces by Halifax-based floral artist Neville MacKay - you won't be disappointed!
The 'Sting', 'Bono' or 'Madonna' of flowers. You just have to mention Neville's name and people universally smile and say how wonderful he is! I can't count how many times I've seen brides just blown away on their wedding day when they first see their flowers. Alex MacAulay, Photographer

| It's so much fun to follow-up a maternity session with new born images! We photographed proud parents Michelle & Mike in the fall and recently got together to meet and photograph their new addition, Matthew. What a beautiful baby boy! |

| When I really connect with an image on an emotional level I sometimes find that I end up converting it to a sepia tone. Here is the first installment in a series called Moments in Sepia. If it looks like these people are fun to be around, like you'd want to get to know them better, like they'd be really good friends - you'd be right. |

What a day! I am exhausted and energized all at the same time! We had an amazing day at the wedding show - Brides 2009. We met so many wonderful people - brides, moms, sisters and friends and the occasional brave groom. Everything came together so well this year but it wasn't by accident. There were a number people responsible for making this a great show for us...
Larry Messenger, aka Kate's Dad. Larry worked tirelessly on our newly designed booth - we couldn't have done it with out you! Thanks to Dev and Andrew for help setting up and lugging everything to and from! Thanks to Ed from Sojourn Signs who went well beyond hooking us up with the logo on our wall - Ed stuck around and helped with the entire set-up of the booth.
A special thank-you to all the brides-to-be that stopped by our booth including: Leah, Heather, Laura, Lana, Amy, Stephanie, Ceri, Melanie, Kelly, Twila, Emily, Christina, Erin, Aimee, Melinda, Jenn, Beth, Ann, Becky, Joanne, Kim, Cathy and Nicky - we'll be in touch soon.
Then there's our team...Kate, Rebecca and Heather. What can I say other than you're the best! |
